Ive been making this level for quite a while now and i published an early version which is currently failing to get any plays ( On 55 with 15 <3 's ) Although a MAJOR update is currently in the process!!

Over the months of creating this, ive had many sleepless nights trying to get it to work and many tantrums along the way (PS3 Froze losing an 1hr and a 30mins of work ) So some helpful criticism will go a long way...

Its my first level with an actual story behind it (I usually make Mini Games) so it would be useful to get some feedback, and i am happy to do the same for you....

Thanks Bang126

Anyone, Anyone at all?

Relax. Players will get a look at this level. The level looks like the one from MGS DLC Levels. I'll take a look at it the next time I'm on LBP.

Hi, I enjoyed playing your level. I found it to be fairly easy and the MGS visuals were nicely done. I can't understand what could have caused the thermo to max out so soon, which is a shame because I thought there should have been more to the infiltration. I do look forward to a sequel though. My advice would be to read up on the thermo guide in the tutorial section here and see what might have been the cause for filling the thermo. It could be something simple that if fixed could give you more to work with. I do know that MM objects can be notoriously thermo heavy.

Oh, and there is a magic mouth on the sticker switch that needs revising. Read it again and you'll see what I mean.

So, good luck with your level.

I'd love your feedback on my F4F level Flying Saucers From Mars. Thanks.

Ok, I played your level, and I thought it was pretty good!

First thing's first - the visuals. You used the corner editor which was a good sign! Then I walk to the right and - oh, no...objects made by Media Molecule! Thankfully, that was the only time I saw a MM object, apart from the dude that pops up from the ground. The level could really use some decoration, though. Just placing down material and corner editing it isn't enough. Don't be afraid to open up the Stickers and Decorations menu in your pop-it!
Actually, you DID use a lot of decoration at some points in the level. But that only makes things inconsistent. You should decorate the WHOLE level, it would make things so much nicer looking, in my opinion!

There are a few spelling mistakes in the magic mouths that could be cleaned up. Just a nitpick, though. My favorite was "eeer!"

Going further into nitpicks, I noticed that the crashing sound on the falling bridge...was on the collapsed part of the bridge. Therefore, whenever I would go back to that little piece of bridge lying on the ground, it would make a crashing sound! You should either move the sound object, or connect it up to a permanent switch!
The point bubbles right after that part also annoyed me. How the hell are they magically floating in the air?! Give me a reason or put them on the ground! I don't wanna jump around all over the place to collect my points!

Anyways, it was a good level. I gave it 4 stars!

As for F4F, play my level "Dark Cavern"!

Pros:
- Nice bridge collapse.
- Beautiful visuals.
- I really enjoyed the bouncing obstacle at the end.
- I like that there is a 2-player section, even though I played it solo.

Cons:
- The wooden piece of bridge that fell makes the breaking noise every time I jump on it.
- Where you get the paint gun, I let go of the sponge and fell back down the hole I came up. When I fell back down, all the lights were off and it was near impossible to see what to do. I had to equip the glowing dress and glowing eyes to see where I was.
- I thought the difficulty was a little on the easy side. But then again, I have no room to talk here as my level is one of the easiest

Overall very good. I look forward to part 2.

I would appreciate it if you F4F the level in my signature. Play through it a couple times (it's short). The alternate ending is well worth it (hint: find the paint gun that you ramp over in the middle of the level)

Right, cheers for this and ill look to update them as soon as im on LBP, which will be immeaditely after school (Illl also do your F4F's as well )

- The Bridge as many as you had pointed out, is a bit on the poor side, simply because....i got fed up with it, and people kept setting it off in create mode...without telling me!!! :L
-The Sponge - this was a real pain in the a**, as i did have an and switch, that if you fell back down would go off and reset the lighting, and all that SHA-BANNNG! but in the end it was to complex and didnt work very well..
Decorations/Stickers - Never been my strong point

...and now im off to school...

The sponge part shouldn't be difficult to do at all. Just place a global lighting object around that area with the default settings for that area, so when you fall back down you will activate the lighting object and voil?! You can see again!

No logic necessary!

Alright just as I promised yesterday. The visuals are neat but I need to see a bunch of decorations and anything that could boost the scenery. The gameplay on the other hand is pretty good but it felt short however you did say to yourself that the thermo is getting full. Overall it's a fun level. 4 stars.

Play and F4F "The Hero Chronicles LV7 Dragon Ruins"
