How To Prevent People From Cheating

| Welcome To My Thread Cheating. We've all seen it done. In those story levels where peoples scores are over 9000!!! Lol jk. But you've seen them with the scores that are like 99999999999999999999999. Well this is a technique on how to prevent people from cheating in your levels. If you are really concerned, I'll test your level if I have time. To Prevent It The glitch contains lots of restarting, so your main priority is to NOT have a big combo near the entrance. That's pretty much it. All you have to do is not have a combo near the entrance of your level. Just put a few bubbles near it that don't form a combo near the beginning, and then you can have as many combos as you like. Other Cheater's Techniques I wanna clear some stuff up. I highly disagree with people who think they only use one glitch to do it. First off, the glitch I found (the one you're prevented) is pretty hard to do, and only works on a handful of levels. Secondly, there's a thing called "Action Replay PSP." Heard of it? It's a cheating system that hacks into games to make things different. Mostly to the user's advantage. There's a high probability that this cheating system allows them to hack into the game and cheat. Speaking of hacking, there are thousands of geeks out there that have ways of hacking into games, I pretty much have absolutely no idea how they do it, but they do. So I'm just saying here that probably more than 80% of cheaters don't use the glitch I found. But it's still a good precaution to take so you can prevent that probable 20%. Questions? Comments? | l have a question...Ahem! am l a cheater? You are on the scoreboard of all my levels now, you even beat my score on Sugar Roots too,that made me happy!! How did you do it, hacking, combo glitch..... come on, spill the beans. Just kidding buddy, you ain't no cheater. I have my doubts about PeytonIsBloody being a cheater, he doesn't have the high scores on alot of high profile levels. Plus Xenon beat his score on Timber Canyon II and TheNerd just topped him on my new level (not that those are high profile levels of course). I'll keep an eye on those levels and see what his next move is. Another high scorer is SweetManKeith, (eww.... just saying that name makes me feel dirty). | Haha, I guess I need to post more. It's no mystery why I'm up on the leader boards on some of the levels. As I've said before I use the score as an indicator of how much I've completed a level. If I've hit every combo and found every secret then I should be on or near the top. I'm also a combo junkie. =) I will admit that finding out about this cheat has taking the steam out of my LBP play. As far as cheat proofing, I would say do not have any bubbles for the player to land on right out of the entrance. Also from what I read Pro Action Replay has been blocked via firmware updates. | Peton cheats!!! sometimes.How do l know? Well,it all started with me...beating some scores on Jackofcourse levels and when l finally get my name on all his levels l decided to take a look at my levels,then l noticed another download for my high school with fools demo,l checked the scores...and guess what...PETON HAS 6,600 POINTS!!!! lf you play the level you obviously know that score's not possible,the max points is 5,950.He could've used the Vcheat (yeah l named your cheat). | 2010-09-07 23:23:00 Author: Balgarino Posts: 377 |

For the DS it breaks the codes while you're playing the game. The PSP action replay just uses "powersavers." | Yup. I lived with ds(s) for YEARS. You can get single game cards with loads of pirated games on them. I had Animal Crossing too, but luckily I have never been seeded or anything. (Seeded is getting unwanted objects placed in your town, such as duplicate buildings, etc.) Action Replay can be used as a tool though. Luckily there are hackers that can sort you out if you do get in a mess over wifi. I didn't know the PSP suffered from it to. I will protect you my little UMD.
