LBP GotY Edition...some features missing?

| I just picked up the GotY and some things I expected to be in there wasn't. I thought all the contents of creator pack 1 was supposed to be in it? I don't have infinite continues, lighting change tool, enhancement remover and who knows what else since I don't have them.
