Can someone with advanced Image Editing skills please help me out. I have a GIF that I need to be compressed into a 19KB file. Can anyone help me out? Here it is: http://imageflock.com/img/1283804306.gif Please no noobies tellin' me to make it less frames etc.

It's the only way I can think of.You could do something with the colours,maybe remove the glasses and/or hat, or making the text smaller, but the one way that I KNOW you can reduce the file size is by taking out frames and playing it at a slightly higher frame rate.

Please no noobies tellin' me to make it less frames etc. Why not? When I open it up, there seems to be two sets of 15 identical frames each with a 3ms duration. Why not just use a single frame, and make it last for 45ms? Hmm, I might try a higher frame rate. That won't affect the file size. The other options would be to reduce the size of each frame, or the color depth.

I had this problem literally afew days ago I was going to add this http://i937.photobucket.com/albums/ad217/Tommy012345/Blur.gif as my avatar, but 32kb is the smallest I could get it through this site (http://www.321webmaster.com/optigif.php)
