i've been on this site for almost a year, and i have always found Creative Writing the least active part of LBPC, even though i am sure many people who have seen it like it. I think it would help that part of LBPC grow if it wasn't a sub-forum of Artwork and Creativity and was its own forum under general stuff (maybe under a somewhat different name, maybe General Writing? i don't know, but i think many members don't use it much because of it not being that well advertised, and think many people will enjoy it more if this happened. ~ Theswweet

It is a very quiet place, shame too, there's some pretty good stuff in there. It will probably always be one of the quieter forums but I think this would help to liven it up a bit. The tutorials seem more active now that they've been moved.

A long time ago I pitched the idea of adding a new forum for writing, as it was getting lost in all the artwork. CC said yes, but made it as a sub-forum instead of a full forum. Now, the reason it became a sub-forum was that though most of the writing was getting lost, there wasn't much of it to begin with. Even if the Creative Writing section became its own forum, it still wouldn't be used that much. Just look at the Forum Games section, even though it's a sub-forum, it still gets tons of views because people enjoy it and enjoy adding to it. The Creative Writing sub-forum doesn't get many posts/threads because not many people write stories, or care to read them. Though it is sad for those who do enjoy reading/writing, the Creative Writing section wouldn't be popular enough to justify it becoming a full forum. If any sub-forum would become it's own forum, it would be Forum Games. If you really want people to visit your stories, and other stories, try advertising it in your signature, like me.

what i'm saying is that many people are starting to enjoy ANY interesting stories here, thats why i am thinking of it becoming a full forum would make it more active.
