apparently I can now upload an animated avatar. But how do I do it?? I really wanna know soon!

If you have your animated avatar (In GIF if i am right) go to your profile settings and choose your avatar. It must be 100x100

You...upload it like regular avatar? That's what I did at least. Or did I misunderstand something? What's the main problem?
