Problem with my game :(

| I don't know if it's in the right thread, feel free to move, but I has problem! Every game in my library works, however, there is one game being a pain in the backside. I will not mention this game but I'll just say what's happening. I put the game in, and the disc icon appears, when I hover over the icon the background changes like it normally does. I click to enter then game, the screen flashes (like normal) and then it goes to a black screen, on this screen nothing happens, I can't use the XMB. Unlike other cases I can't hear any sound either. I've tried waiting on the screen but still, nothing happens. My friends can see that I am on the game, because It comes under my name. I have tried many things, deleting the Install, the DLC, deleted all corrupted data on my PS3, change the video format settings (HDMI etc.) BUT NOTHING WORKS  Please halp... | 2010-09-04 18:40:00 Author: Pantyer2  Posts: 652 |

| try your other games, and make sure they work... ok, if they gradually seem to all stop working, your disk-drive is dying. the same happened to me, but with LBP, and a few days later... it wouldn't read anything. I also have UC2 if you are sure its a disk prob, it most likely is not. i would recommend backing up your hard drive for now until you are sure, but be prepared to have to get a new PS3, its a high possibility your current one is...err... coughing up blood? good luck. | 2010-09-04 21:10:00 Author: theswweet  Posts: 2468 |
