I'd love to be able to chat with a friend while playing a game by myself, but for some reason the PS3 still doesn't support it. Why do you guys think that is? It's a great feature, one I use a hell of a lot over Xbox Live and would use just as frequently on PSN. What if, for example, you want to build a level in LittleBigPlanet by yourself but still chat with a friend? So far, you can't do that. I hope they include it in a firmware update soon, because I miss it.

I think it is over at the official Playstation forums people keep asking for it so hopefully it is in the works and we'll see it soon enough.

First comes Life with Playstation. My guess is that it comes out either in a FW update or PS download next week or the week after. I wouldn't be shocked if they were already working on this. They respond very well to consumers' complaints.

They respond very well to consumers' complaints. I'm pretty sure 'Life with playstation' hasn't even been mentioned in Europe. We don't have the movie download thing yet either
