I just saw that! Being made by Gearbox who also made Borderlands. And were SUPPOSED to make Aliens: colonial Marines. Come on, make that instead of making DNF >_>. It'll be a better joke then it could ever be a game >_<

A lot of people saw this coming from a mile away. It'll probably suck, though. Gearbox should focus on Borderworlds. At least now Duke Nukem Forever is being released by a developer who doesn't ****ing suck at everything.

Gearbox was probably the perfect choice to make it. Duke Nukem and Borderlands are quite alike, with the humor, baddies, and FPSness. I'm exicted to see some gameplay.

The reason why this will never be a GREAT game is because its taken to long to come out. No matter how good it is, it will be bashed and looked down upon due to over a decade of false release dates. Or, it will have a massive cult following like the previous Duke Nukem games... Of course, we could all just decide to be immature about it and label it as "sux" immediately. That being said, I don't care. If it actually comes out I'm getting it regardless. I think it will be worth it. I mean, why not? A true sequel to Duke Nukem 3D? Yes. Also, Randy Pitchford is pretty much epic.

If anybody complains about the graphics or anything they should be punched. That's like saying "Oblivion is the best game in the Elder Scrolls series". You're just wrong and need to be hit . Game was first in production in 1997, the first trailer came out in 1998 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omOPjBoClw0 It just got unlucky, technology expanded, it got put on new platforms, remade from the ground up. devs filed for bankruptcy. etc. It is pretty amazing that a game that has had a playable pre alpha build on just about every platform is finally coming out. I loved the other Duke Nukem games so this will be a guaranteed buy for me. All jokes aside I have been wanting this game for a long time. (even if I was 3 when it was first announced)
