Trek of Blockadiakitsune325
Description:
Built in three days the level Trek of Blockadia is finally finished. Explore 4 different themes including: Green Hills, Juicy Caves, Wilderness, and a mystery area. Each area has the same blocky theme used consistently throughout the level (one of the most thermo consuming visual styles ever! I used every precious bit of thermo I have). Unfortunately because of thermo issues the level has been cut short.... BUT not to fear as I may (or may not) make a second level in LBP2!

I have played your level and good it has seemed to me to be original, a square design causes an effect as of ancient game and makes remember past amusements, is nice, is different and it makes it interesting, in some zones a bit difficult but in general it has looked like to me a good level.

I have given you 4:star:'s

I hope that you play my new level WOOD WORLD https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=34593-Wood-world and say me your opinion please

This is a great level with a great visual concept. There was one part where there was a rocky door and a switch that seemed to break (the blocks all moved back to the right and fell in my way) but I was able to get past. It is a little short... not entirely sure what you could do to cut down on the thermometer useage though. It did feel short. Also there was one part at the end where I destroyed the turret on the left, but it kept firing making it difficult for me to destroy the one on the right. Overall I gave it :star::star::star::star: and a <3 because it is underplayed at the moment.

My levels are in my sig if you could play them and let me know what you think

Thanks for telling me about the turret. I'll have to just adjust that slightly. As for the blocks breaking though it never happened to me before. maybe I can make some dissolve bricks to fix that.

I'll get around to your level as soon as I can .

Updates:
-found a way to save some thermo so I can now add something to areas if necessary
-changed bricks in breaking wall to dissolve after the lever is pulled

I loved it, it was awesome. The clouds were very cool and the platforming at the beginning was nice. The part with the robots was a little odd but nicely done.

Overall I gave you :star::star::star::star::star:

Had a chance to play this and here is my F4F-comment:

I had a great time in here: it was fun to play and I fell in love with your unique block-look! It's really unique and I liked it very much. The jump-pads are cool elements too. I tried to get to the clowds and the bonus-area: huah - that was tough to get there - very challenging but I did it :-) nice obstacle! After this section it seems that the whole rock hangs up in the air: maybe you can paste a small/thin layer of stone upon so you can't see the space below that rock?! just a suggestion. In the cave I thougt that the red light would indicate a "stop" sign so I wait a few seconds until I realized that it wasn't a stop sign :-) hehe... the level was a bit short, but that is not a problem! short and sweet :-)

I would love to see a sequal soon - it was fun to play!!

I gave :star::star::star::star: and a <3 and I can without any doubt recommend this level!

For F4F-reasons it would be great when you can take a look at my LBL: 4 in 1 ATTENDER-ALLIANCE (co-op) - well, you need a buddy there cause it's a co-op level, but I guess you won't regret it :-) Have fun!

The rocks floating in the air was purposeful, or are you talking about different floating rocks? The red sign was meant to indicate that it was a jump pad.2010-09-26 15:04:00

em, how can I describe it.... with "floating rocks" I mean an are, where you have to jump (?, yes, I think so) up to the right side, and the camera-angle was set into that direction: you can see some sort of a "stairway-look" and the downside of this rock-element seems to "hang" in the air - in other words: I think you wanted it to look like some sort af an "arch" but it looked a bit odd to me. That was just my experience when I came to this area...2010-09-26 22:08:00

oh I know what your talking about now and yes I wanted it to be an arch. Well I never found anything wrong with it but it was also implemented for game play reasons, you would go over the arch if you didn't want to grab the jet pack.2010-09-28 22:39:00

Hey just played your level there and loved the way it looked!! Its like an old platformer on the sega saturn or somethin!! I gave it :star::star::star::star: and a <3 for its style! The only problems really was it was sooo short and maybe could have been a bit more challenging! Its length is understandable though cos I too have been a victim of the pesky thermo gauge more than once.... Didn't find any glitches at all and liked these extra areas for score bubbles and such

F4F My Level Metal Gear Solid 5! Sons of the Peacewalker Patriots. I noticed your Metal Gear mechs as prizes so hopefully you'll like my Gekkos!
