I joined in August 08 because I joined another LBP site because someone posted a link on Gamefaqs, so I joined there but no one was there so I googled LBP fansite and joined this just because I had already joined an LBP fansite and though "What the hell"

So yeah, it was pretty much a "meh, sure, why not" thing. I wasn't even really looking forward to LBP <_<

I used to be on LBW and happened to look at LBPC. At first I didn't registered, I barely looked at this site properly...
Then I kept finding those pictures of the LBPC logo in really many good levels so I thought about coming here again and I got around to register that time.
And well... here I am

EDIT: I mights also add here, I wasn't too active at first. Half a year later I started to post quite a lot, yaaay.

I'd been at LBW in like October 08 and saw CC posted a comment on the blog with a link to LBPC. I'd had a look and continued to have the occasional look over the next few months until I finally joined to tell Grant about a thing in his level...

I was an LBW frequent until it got increasingly cramped with noobs using the same internet memes every five seconds and went scouting for a new website. To my luck, it was a significantly better site I found!
And it's name was littlebigland.com! err I mean lbpcentral.com... yeah...

Well, i have a few reasons: My friends kept pressuring me to make an account, It looked fun, and I wanted to share my art with other LBP fans (though I never figured i'd end up taking drawing requests like i have recently o.o).. Joining was definetely worth it though! It's a bunch of fun here, and there's always a funny post somewhere 2010-09-02 19:01:00

I honestly have no idea. I guess I joined in 08 (because it says it on my profile) but I have no clue as to how I found the website. Knowing myself though I would've thought "Eh sure why not" and I joined. I really didn't post or do anything. I just visited and logged in. Then I just stopped coming all together. I only recently became active a few weeks ago (well not THAT active )2010-09-02 19:02:00

From July to October 26th, a period of time where i REALLY wanted LBP but had no PS3 (got on on October 26th btw) I looked all over the internet for any details and gameplay of LBP I could find. I spent most of my days watching LBP videos, and what not. Then one day while looking on Google I found this site. I didn't browse it as much as I do today, but I still read through its posts and what not for a good part of my LBP obsessed days.

Then when I got LBP I figured I would sign up. And I did.

I joined because I saw the Logic Pack and was like "OMG that is amazingly awesome, I guess I'll check out this 'LBPCentral' place for the tutorials...", in fact, I just now realised I joined the day after the Logic Pack was released, cool.

So anyway, I checked it out, and because I just join any site I go to for the sake of it, I joined but never expected to use more than these tutorials. Ironically, I didn't actually check the tutorials until recently, I thought I had, but I must have forgotten, oops.

Funny story about when I joined, because of my Introduction thread (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=18691-I-am-new) (don't laugh I was such a noob back then who hardly knew what a full stop was) I thought everyone was really really weird, first I saw Leather-Monkeys post (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=18691-I-am-new&p=331811&viewfull=1#post331811) and was like "Wut?" then I saw AlexW618's post (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=18691-I-am-new&p=331813&viewfull=1#post331813) and was like "Wtf!?". I'm surprised I stayed after that, no offence to LM or Alex by the way, back then I had no idea what you were talking about and was really scared.

So anyway, I gradually realised this place is awesome and became active, thanks Logic Pack!

Hehee.

And also when I searched for tutorials on Little Big Planet PS3 I came across The Logic Pack and those two convinced me to join!

I've been a stalker to the site since the end of 2008 (probably December to January) I stalked over the news and DLC, but forums just weren't my thing. I forgot all about the site till I came across a video titled "LBPC: The Game" on Youtube.

"That's the site I used to pervert! I wonder how they're doing?"

And so, the stalking was resumed. And as in everyone else's story, I decided to sign up!

EDIT: I also wanted peanuts...

A lot of people talked about LBPC at LBN where I joined first - I didn't know much about forums. But I found it nice.. some wasn't satisfied with LBPC, and it made me wanted to have a look myself! First I was like.. gaahh why should I be here, when most of my friends at LBN doesn't like this sort of place? I wasn't very active, but later on I found out that you guys are great! You really are, whatever people may say so I must edmit I was dumb for a while, but hey, I'm in my growing-up age, that's my nice little excuse

I might not be mega ultra super active here, but I enjoy this place<3

Honestly, I joined on a whim, looking to shamelessly promote my levels.

What I did not expect was to find so many awesome people (at least three of my best Fellow Gadders were met here on this very site), and so many awesome levels to whittle away my time with. It's been amazing, and the mods do a fantastic job keeping this site fun, fresh, friendly, and ADDICTIVE!

haha, that made me think of someone in LBP2 that puts a sticker on a Sackbot that says Spam, making it a Spam Bot
Also having it yell SPAM! over and over would be cool.

I have a pretty good story.

I played xkappax's "7 Days" (brilliant level by the way and if you haven't played it, you have not played the game of LBP), where the story was about cool levels. I messaged her asking how she ended up getting it on the cool levels, since she made so many jokes about how frustrating it was, and I could connect. She directed me to LBPC, and here I am.

Mainly, I selfishly wanted to get plays for my levels when I first joined. Eventually I discovered that LBPC was so much more... And I've developed the mindset of not caring about cool levels or plays as oppose to who the plays come from and whether or not the level was fun to make.

Oh yah, Sara was a big art of why I started being active.
I'd added her on PSN because her levels are so awesome, and showed her a level I was making (of course I never finished it). Then the golf challenge (FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU) started and when I'd made my level she was like "do you have an LBPC account?" and I was like "ya" and she was like "k then post it there" and so I did.

So actually, one good thing to come out of that ****ing golf challenge was me being active here. That's good right?

Right?
