One Letter Modifier

RULES

A simple yet fun game. We start out with a word, then the next poster has to modify one letter. This can be changing a letter, adding a letter, deleting a letter, or swapping two letters in a word.

RULES

?NO CHANGING WORDS
?You cannot use a word used in the previous 3 posts
?You must use a real word
?Names and* words from any existing language are allowed**
?No names
?As soon as you post your word, make sure no-one posted while you were making your post
?No slang or abbreviations
?If any of these rules are broken, we will continue from the last valid word.
?If a word cannot be modified in any way, you may use a previous word, even if it was used in the last 3 posts

*This use to be a rule, so you might still see some names being used as words in older posts. I realized this could be abused, due to anything being able to be used as a name, even a made up word. Posts made while this rule was in effect are still valid.
**If you are using another language for your word, please let us know what language and if possible, it's English counter-part.

A simple yet fun game. We start out with a word, then the next poster has to modify one letter. This can be changing a letter, adding a letter, or deleting a letter. However your not allowed to use the same words used in the previous 3 posts. It must be a real world! Names and words in different languages are allowed however. You can also swap two letters as long as they are in the same word.
