in short, yes. although from what I seen in the vids, the particles spray only when the object disappears. So if you don't want to show the 'glob' and just the 'syrup spray', you'd have to have it dissolve as soon as it is emitted. wait, isn't 'water-like particle efx' the same thing as the 'goo' that's next to the plasma/water droplet in one of the vids?
