You can make massive sprawling game levels, you can chain them all together and make platform adventures (complete with basic cut-scenes)." Could be something as simple as what we saw at the end of the boss fight on the construction level, or something more advanced that we haven't seen yet.

My guess for the cutscene - you'll be able to zoom in on a sackboy, or use a Madden (or FIFA, I guess, for the non-americans) type camera. Then you can make speech bubbles, and make the sackboy/enemy move. No art direction, obviously. Very spartan, but very cool.
