Welcome everyone to Pod Design Contest, here you will be ask to create a Pod and decorated with the following theme every 2 will be a different theme. Here can show off your Pod designing skills and see which one will come out on top.

Every 2 weeks a new Theme will be added and the previous thread will be lock. Once the next round starts , a new Theme will be posted, and the winners from the previous round shall be announced.

Read the Rules below to learn how to enter the contest.

Only two entry's per user (you do not have to post both at the same time).

Awards will be handed out at the end of the round.

Logo Help.

Hey everyone I was thinking of creating a cool logo for the contest but I can't. So I want you to create me one I need a different logo for each one.

1.The Pod Design Contest
2.Rules
3.Awards
4.Winners

Also whos ever logos look the best I will give away 100XP to each one I like.

Note: You don't have to create all of them just the one you think you can do. If I like the logo I will use it on the next contest and in the future.

Recording Help

wow 3 entrys already and all look like winners already

Also everyone I want to make the next contest incredible just like the spotlight team but I need your help with the logos and probably I will be doing this.

IF this is a biggggg IF, I can find someone that has a good quality recorder at least 720p or higher I will go to the winners pod and record it and probably see how is done so you can do it as well so if anyone wantes to help tell me ok.

But if you want to help me with the recording you have to be this.

1.Be an active member on LBPC.
2.I can't stress this enough be an active member on LBPC and PSN!
3.Have a good quality recorder at least 720p.
4.Be friendly at LBPC members.
5.You need to have something like an HDPVR or something that record video games in 720p or higher and this is very important have and editing system to add some music.

Hey thanks Arnaldo. That was a nice surprise. It must have been difficult for the judges because every entry was excellent. Anyone could have won, so that makes it even more special.

I'm looking forward to making something for this one too, although I'll probably find this much trickier than the last theme.

Congratulations to all the other winners too and to everyone who entered for making it a good contest.

Don't take that as meaning I'll do it again though. I've just been very lucky. Anybody could have won the last one, they were all really good. Have a go, you never know what might happen. Yes I'll be entering again because it's such a fun contest and it's good to have a break from level creating occasionally. To be honest I've lost my level making mojo recently so I'm enjoying this more.

That's some truth to it. I was actually Pod Contest #1's winner but as usual the underdog isn't noticed. Figures.

I may be sorting out a method of recording from my TV onto a disc via a dvd writer. Then i can put it on magix move edit pro 11 and add some funny music!
I need to check that it works and I will give you a demonstration of the quality arnaldo

Very nice pod shropshirelass, and you are right about there only being a few decorations suitable for the 'ICE' look so we're bound to see most people using the same ones somewhere. It's just down to how they are used now and how each creator interprets the 'ICE' theme. It is tricky but interesting.2010-09-01 11:07:00

Rawr! Here's my entry called "The Abominable Snowman Cave". Whatever you do, do not go in this cave or, you'll end up like Sackity Jack in the snow down there. Long story short, Sackity went in here to mock the sleeping Yeti, and ended up covered in snow by the mere roar/snore of the Yeti. Witnessing this is Eddie the Yeti, who laughs at the antics of Sackity Jack.

Here's mine at last, I've had more of a struggle with this one because I didn't want to copy all the Ice caves we've had so far. I couldn't have bettered them anyway. I've ended up doing creatures again, sorry if I'm getting boring and predictable but it's the best I could do lol.

Walrus. I originally made this from lots of small decorations but it overloaded the pod and every time I tried to take a picture it came out all weird and with the exclamation on the yellow background so I had to change it for a custom sticker instead. BAH to having limits, BAH I say Mm.

@Eronninja13 : Nice pod. It looks like a house on an icy mountain and even looks like a snowy path outside. 'Cool' !

Here's mine at last, I've had more of a struggle with this one because I didn't want to copy all the Ice caves we've had so far. I couldn't have bettered them anyway. I've ended up doing creatures again, sorry if I'm getting boring and predictable but it's the best I could do lol.

Don't worry about doing similar stuff. As I said in an earlier post there are bound to be lots of things the same with this theme due to the limited decorations we have, so it's just a matter of individual interpretation. You absolutely shouldn't worry about getting repetitive. Your animals are just amazing. I never get tired of seeing what you come up with and I can't believe that polar bear - his fur and claws are brilliant and he looks so cute (not what you wanted to hear probably but it's true!).
