Just played your lvl, my review:
Pros:
+ nice environment design
+ relaxing
+ the raft was pretty original
Cons:
- a little bit too boring (i know your aim was to make it relaxing but you gotta give the player something to do)...
Overall nice level, different from what i usually see, so here take :star::star::star::star:

First off let mje say, there are a ton of levels called Zen Garden...seems that Zen and LBP go hand in hand. When I found your level I liked the intro, the water falls, the level desin. You choose a style and kept going through the whole level. You added puzzles which was good, but the rope thing caught me by surprise, the little sail boat earlier on I tried to grab and move because I thought I was supposed to put it in the water, but was never able to get it to move. No camera angle issues, but at the base of the water fall I did almost get stuck in the lower left hand corner, maybe a little room to jump out easier. The well was a nice idea, but having to reset is not as fun as being offed...also didn't seem to zen to me. The camera could be speed up big time in it... I like the bamboo and the moss, but the transistion to water bugged me, it took away having it fill and vanish, if you just kept a lower water level, and lowered the pool sections it would be nice. Oh finally, there were points on the other side of the end...was that just to tease the player or did I miss something?

Also I liked the rowing it was a nice idea, and the glowing falling lights, good touch there.

I liked your comment and agree.
And well I'm going to edit some of the things you have suggested.
You can actually reach the points by swimming on the first layer so you don't trigger the end portal/scoreboard. I do agree on the fact that there have been made multiple Zen gardens but I have played some of the more popular ones and I must say I feel like mine is better. Not to be acting like it's great or something. About the water levelling, I have to agree so I'll be putting the dry places on a slightly higher ground. I'm also thinking about making the shallow lake for the raft a bit deeper and hiding some things in the lake as well. Let me know what you think oh and do add me I'd like to hear more of your suggestions.

Here is a play-by-play while I'm in your level:

-I like the relaxing atmosphere, but looking at this waterfall is giving me a headache
-Cool bamboo forest, but you should make it bigger!
-This jump to get on the platform near the zipline is a little frustrating. Maybe I'm just bad at this game.
-I seem to have wedged myself between two pieces of bamboo.
<self destructs>
I was walking on top of the bamboo earlier to what I thought might be a secret, but I can't seem to duplicate that.
I broke the sponge from the boat.
I really like the rope obstacle. Interesting idea.
This boat is a neat idea too.
That frog is awesome.

Overall, I agree with some of the other criticisms. The environment was beautiful and a lot of things were done very well, but I felt some parts were a little drawn out. Even a few really simple obstacles would spice things up.

Very relaxing indeed. I think LBP could use a few more such levels. LOL.

Really nice use of materials and stickers to achieve the look you want. Nice waterfall. One of the better ones I've seen.

A suggestion I'd make is to expand the well trap into an area you could explore and relax too. Just a thought.

Nice level.

I'd also love to get your feedback on my new level Flying Saucers From Mars. Thanks.

Hey i have played your level and at design it has seemed to me to be very good, you have some things that really they wrap as the waterfalls, the boat with the oar, they are very good things for the level, I have liked it in general the creation is nice, and good yes make wanted represent the physical condition that needs the meditation you achieved it, it is very calm and the place is understood perfectly.

Suggestions: it has seemed to me to be very short (not yes it is a question of the thermometer), there are no challenges for happening and I believe that the gameplay might turn out to be a bit slow.
I have given you 4:star:'S

I wait could play my level Wood World https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=34593-Wood-world and say your opinion to me.Thanks

- Ice at the beginning is annoying, maybe change material?
- The guy on the right meditating looks cool but where's his face? o_O
- Bridge with the background waterfall looks awesome
- Nice candles, they look good and they're different
- Climbed up the mountain... another monk with no face. Cool setting change though.
- Cool sailboat
- Martial arts weapons?
- Heh, the black birds
- Interesting advice from the faceless man, haste is indeed bad for the spirit. Also, was Mickey in this level with Yensid's wand? That tool is moving on it's own.
- Cool (Japanese?) building
- Awesome little puzzle involving balance
- Heh, lots of green. My favorite color.
- Sackboy talks to himself again without my control, interesting
- Love the skull sign, looks cool
- The oar feels extremely heavy, made from bricks?
- That frog reminds me of Metal Gear Solid 3, where's my M9 when I need it?
- Use of scenery with the rocks is nice. I love how you used two different colors to show variety
- Walkway looks good and authentic
- Level ends and I actually do feel calmer

I played it.
Good:
+Enviroment design
+Visual aspect was relaxing
Bad:
-Gameplay: It was boring. There simply was nothing to do. That ying yang puzzle was easy but moving sides of the ball to link them together was very difficult.
-Story: If there even was one, I totaly missed it. You told something about the boats on the water but then it ended like to tile wall.
-Length: It was very short. I could have forgiven other 2 bad things if it wasn't for emptiness of the level
Critic: :star::star::star: I'm not sure what to think of this. It wasn't bad but neither good. Or then I just totally missed the idea of the level.

Hey just played your updated version. The water workes good, I like what you did with the well, but there is no way out...also seeing the trees in the distance is a little weird. I think you can place a grabbable in the secodn or third layer to help people get out..if that is what you wanted. The little fountain in the court looks nice, you could emit drop of water from the top to add a little more to it. Then zen puzzle had some off camera work to the sides, and it never did anything when I placed them together...I may have missed something. The invisible wall on the top of the mountain was placed a little weird, maybe something else up there to accomplish the same task...a gust of wind emitted by couldshapes with invisible walls on pistons? THe same goes for the far left. I saw one bamboo missing its middle to the far right, on the cool fire embers part I got stuck and killed on the left side of the land right above the water. As for the start glass that someone mentioned...perhaps have that water rippling with an invisble floor right above for the player to stand on so they are not stuck on the slippery floor trying to move. Great level touch ups, as for the red button level, very funny, made me think of a way to make Worms LBP...but I am already at 21 levels with six imcompleted...so right now I am just trying to concentrate on fixing up my published. Thanks for the feedback.2010-09-25 20:00:00

I just played your level.

Good:
I like the visual style and relaxing atmosphere.
The climbing rope was cool.
The boat was good.
The wind effect on the left edge was really nice.

Bad:
I found the jump up to the rope very frustrating.
I bumped into invisible walls a couple of times, which wasn't very relaxing
Not that much to do, althouhg I don't think I found everything.

Overall: :star::star::star::star:

For F4F, please play my level https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=40950-Save-the-Burning-Village!
