Both Syroc's and Geek's are highly improbable. Those speeds are not readily available for households. Especially if you are only paying for 50Mbit/s Up. With Comcast, powerboost gives you the maximum speed (Which is what you are being billed for!) for about three seconds. Even if that was with powerboost, it would still be impossible (improbable).

I have the plan below 50Mbit/s which I think happens to be around 40-45Mbit/s Up. I average around 17Mbit/s on my PS3 Up and 5Mbit/s down. I don't believe it is the most accurate as the Ping test does seem to be off. Just ping the same servers in CMD. 		2010-08-30 01:39:00

It's fast, I guess. Of course, I have other tabs open, and someone's also using wifi off this connection.
And, you could have speeds like that in the OP... just not with a consumer computer.

I'd try to test at school, but they have a "blanket ip" filter, or something. Anyway, I think my school computer's are a little slower than mine, but than again, we don't generally have the most advanced computers at my school here in South Carolina. (Not like you guys in Finland!)
Anyway, my home computer is much more advanced than the computers I use at school, so it's not a problem. My laptop, however... the laptops I use at school are about the same as my own, but it's pretty decent. ...I would guess my district just wanted to save money, but that wouldn't explain the big computer tablet boards that have replaced the marker boards in most every classroom. 		2010-10-11 22:33:00
