I think it's the 4-Player in one of the Wilderness levels, the Collector's Lair level. By the way, this shouldn't be in Object Showcase.

It is a decoration and it is in the collector's lair x4. although it is possible with 3 people but i still recommend having 4 players just in-case. It also comes with the dragon head costume of what i know <---that one

You could also cheat and take it off the wall using the sticker popit, then stick it to yourself and save the costume so you can use it whenever you need it. That is if you need it immediately and can't wait for 2 - 3 other players.
