Vector or Bitmap?

You see, I like the corner editor, so I thought, "Hey, maybe theres an art program that acts somewhat like the Corner editor!"
and ive narrowed it down to either Vector or bitmap, but I cant figure out which is like the Corner Editor. I tried one out at school like the corner editor, but I didnt read its name, but I was decant at making a sackboy.Whichever one it is, please link me to a free, easy to use program. so, I might take requests.		2010-08-28 20:50:00

I'm not sure. I got Adobe Illustrator a while back but I haven't really done much with it. I know that you can edit the strokes that you make and stuff like that though.2010-08-29 02:04:00

Definitely vector.
Adobe Flash or Illustrator does this. I think there are free trials.

I use flash and you can pull the corners around like in LBP.		2010-08-29 10:31:00

You can make that^ in Vector, but I can make thisV in LBP.
