That's a loong time Hey, I'm norwegian aswell, and I called Spaceworld wich I pre'ordered the game ffrom, and they said they'll be getting it the 5th of November!

Tried to get it early from gamestop but I was told to wait until..today. I went in there and the same lady said nay. I have to wait until Friday as games are released on thursdays and fridays here. I couldn't care less, I'm having a blast playing saint's row. Plus I already played through LBP's story levels like a week ago.
