Okay this time I have links to prove myself! Sony have scheduled the UK to get LittleBigPlanet 2 on Friday 12th November!!! YESS! It is very very likely this is the official release date as videogamer.com say: "LittleBigPlanet 2 is scheduled for release in the UK on November 12, 2010." they interviewed SONY and they said this information so its very possible and I think it will be official. you US guys said that we need SONY or Mm to announce anything and now they have. Dont close the thread because this is only a POSSIBLE release date yet very likely. We all have official release date in one thread. Anyway they have already said in trailer that release date is 16th november. Bad for you but this thread deserves to be closed.

No, Sony or Mm STILL haven't announced anything. Videogamer may indeed have interviewed Sony, but reading the actual interview I can't see anywhere that Sony themselves confirm the release date. If we can't see where Videogamer got their info, it still isn't official.

Thread moved. Until announced and/or confirmed by Sony or MM, this is just speculation. The only confirmed information (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2010/07/23/littlebigplanet-2-updates-official-date-and-retail-goodness/) is that Sony and MM are "on schedule" for a Nov 16th release date.

is it just me or are most of the games coming out in november? They do every year. It starts with 1 or 2 games towards the end of August September picks up the pace with a few more big name titles October/November have multiple big games per week December normally gets left with just 1 It's all quiet until a few release at the end of January February-May will have 2/3 high profile releases per month June-A week before the end of August is a dead zone normally and you're lucky to get 1 big release

Lets just hope it doesn't delay until first quarter 2011 like most other games will likely do. You know it always happens. Nah it won't happen to LBP2 LBP and COD are totally different.
