Night Sky Dreamsbubbles550
Basically this is a level where the aim is partly exploration and bubble hunting, and partly about climbing as high up into the sky as possible to the end. It has pretty much zilch story, as I tried harder on the atmosphere of level rather than giving it a proper plot. It is quite short, as it started to slow down in create mode (but not lag- phew!) which may or may not have had something to do with my somewhat over usage of icicles.
It is mainly set in a frosty town and the bright starlit sky.
[div=padding-top:10px;] I am currently remaking the level so would really appreciate ideas for improvements. I am sorry I can't do F4F as I can't get wifi at the moment . The route and aim of the level are on purposely vague as I wanted it to be more light hearted exploration and finding the bubbles I have hidden all over the place. In the sky it is more platforming, but the whole thing had short (and hopefully sweet) due to the thermo. I set a high score to give players an idea of how many bubbles there are to find, but it is still beatable (and no, I did't rate it five stars )

I need to improve my creating skills for a new level that I am planning so please comment, I read them all!

Sorry about the bad quality!

Hi there! Nice level you got here,it had cool visuals that l enjoyed.l got stuck with the dog and foud it kind of annoying, but that's minor.l was able to break your level by grabing the balloon and going to the right.l got stuck,l popped myself, yiippiiee the beggining again...how great. The star part was my favorite, but l didn't like the rocket and star getting activated by sticker switch use grab switch instead.Youhadcool secrets,l didn't find them all,so l has the lowest highscore. You got 4 stars from me.2010-08-29 01:36:00

Really nice level. Loved the visuals and the overall laid back nature of the level. I was also really quite surprised at all the little easter eggs everywhere.

Same as Balgarino, the dog section would be nicer if there was some way to get out of there (maybe if the doghouse were on the other side and in the front layer so you could use it to jump over the fence?) and I managed to get past the boundaries on both the right and left side of the level. Overall though none of that spoils it since the level just goes for evoking a nice flowing, peaceful emotion and it does this well.

I gave it :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: and <3 (What can I say, I love exploration levels and this one made me happy.)

Yeah, that dog thing has been bugging me for ages now. It kills that I can't republish and fix it yet. The balloon thing I know about too, put found out too late! To fix the dog give it a little shove from behind and it will move to the wall, from there you can attempt to jump out, but you have to switch layers which is sometimes annoying.

Thank you so much for the stars! It was my first level I ever published (but not the first I had created) so I was seriously nervous. The community moon can be a scary place at times
I find gameplay hard, so I try to make up for it in easter eggs, because for some reason I just love hiding bubbles in funny little places to make replaying the level feel worthwhile

I am working on fixing the bugs in the newer version and perhaps finding a few more places for secrets, but its difficult to create walls in the sky though because they look out of place, perhaps a border of stars would work...?

Hey I gave you a very in-depth review at my Review Thread (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=32001-Valmassoi-s-PSP-Reviews!), if you could post something there it'd be awesome, because I'm trying to get it up and running again. Thanks! 2010-08-29 17:48:00

Woot! Thank you! I am working on the new version now, plus, I have posted on the thread, great reviewing!

Oh yeah, and there is a trick to the rocket, just grab on and THEN sticker. Its easy then!

Thanks a ton, I rather foolishly have just dived straight into creating a series (as well as remaking this!), I'd just like to say all your comments have been great for motivation, I generally feel quite out of depth in such large community. 2010-09-06 17:00:00
