No CEs for me, with a couple of exceptions. I got the CE of Metal Gear Solid, but its only bonus, from what I remember, was a behind-the-scenes blu-ray. Which is a WONDERFUL thing to include in a CE. But... toy vehicles... jack-in-the-boxes... statuettes... plastic trinkets... I'm reserving the LBP2 CE because... I mean I'm just a LBP nut, what can I say, but in that case it's really all about the DLC - the only bonus included in the game is a pair of bookends. Why not! I could actually use some bookends. But it's mainly about the DLC in that case. The Modern Warfare 2 CE that came with night vision goggles is a cool idea - that's a neat toy that you could actually use. Go out into your city in the middle of the night and do a little B & E at the football stadium, or the aquarium, or whatevers. Not that I'm condoning such behavior. Ah what am I saying, of course I'm condoning such behavior. The point is that there's the occasional giant ostentatious collector's set that comes with something that's undeniably neat. But yeah, really not a fan of the CEs that include giant useless trinkets. I remember a Halo 3 set that came with a freaking Master Chief helmet. Come on! What am I going to do with a master chief helmet?? Unless you're really devoted to just decking out every inch of your house with video-game related STUFF, then I just don't see the point in these CEs. I like to try to reduce the amount of stuff in my life.

Why did my PS3 have to break down at the begining of the fourth quater, WHY!?!?! :O Only collecters edition I got was for RE5, I traded in 7 games for it and I didnt expect to beat it at the time. (I had 1 trophy till plat and my brother got a plat)

It appears Activision are creating a private army fully equipped for night raids. In the Black Ops CE, you receive a remote control car that can send video and audio back to a hand held screen. I wouldn't be surprised if the next COD instalment gave us silenced pistols or pieces of an Apache helicopter to assemble with your friends! I don't really go for the CEs, the extra cost doesn't usually justify it. I am tempted to pick up the LBP2 one though.

I don't have the space in my life for the novelty crap that is bundled with CE's and would rather spend the extra cost on purchasing more games.
