I zoomed in on it on the PS3 browser, and that's 100% a sackboy's leg and lower body area, you can see the zipperline in there.

My theory:

We see in this image a member of the mafia knitting a Sackboy. Except he's NOT. He's crocheting it. Now, making a step one may only take when speculating wildy, I'm going to make a presumptuous leap. The word crochet sounds a bit like croquet, which is a sport posh people play when they're not grinding the ivory off the tusks of their pet elephants.

The Tory party is currently in power, which, for those of you outside the UK, means we are being led by posh toffs, who may or may not (but probably may, given their heritage) play croquet. Now, seeing as the connection has successfully been established between a form of knitting and the Conservative party, allow me to continue.

The scene we see before us is set in a mafia setting. This may mean somewhere in Italy or America, but the origin of the actual site is Japanese, so I'm going to say Japanese mobsters are trying to save Britain from the wrath of the Toffs. But I digress.

As you can see, the mobster is making a Sackboy, which I personally interpret as a message of establishing a new order of government in the United Kingdom and all other associated countries, as Mm is a national treasure, and Sackboy is essentially the figurehead.

In the flash-file is a Japanese LBP2 logo... So if it is a DLC, it should be for LBP2, but why would they release a DLC before the game came out?

They use Kanji and Romanji, kanji is the symbols like the ones you translated to, Romanji is an Alphabet like this one.
Also, Japanese people have many english-like words in japanese, and use some english words instead for some stuff.
As a matter of fact there are many Japanes who can only read/ writte Romanji, as Kanji is extremely difficult to learn 100%. (UNlike the 24 letter alphabet, kanji has over 1800 characters.)

So aye, it's nothing extraodinary it isn't in Kanji dude. :/
