Downloading updates from a computer.

| This may be shocking to some of you folks, but I'm not online at home. I'm on the computer all day at work and the signal at my appartment is not good enough for gaming. Of course, this leads to problems. Including the fact that I don't have any of the LBP updates such as invisible pistons and the tool that changes the lighting.
