Waiting for the collectors edtion to be announced outside US before i preorder, since i wanna know the benefits of it And i'm sure most of the community havent preoreded yet, since most of the community exists outside America

Apparently its out for preorder (CE) In the EU but Im not realy sure. also you can order the CE in Canada at EB games now! I live in Canada so good news for me! Hopefully the same for you guys.

Whoever told you its out for the EU must be confused with something else :S Since it's not available to preorder anywhere in EU. Not yet anyway.
