| Vauge spoilers if you really don't want any info: You used to have the cape but don't anymore? Did you delete your save game? Anyway. I can't remember where the cape is, but I believe it to be found in the wedding area, because thats where the rest of the roman stuff is and believe its a roman cape. Maybe 100% on one of the levels?
