Alright so I got this headset sometime around December of 09, It's the official PS3 bluetooth headset. I've managed to get it to work a couple times but when I've tried recently nothing happens. I've tried charging it to full capacity to the point where the red circle light is solid and not flashing. I then turn it on with the on button and that begins to flash green (indicating it's on). When I try to sync it with the "manage bluetooth devices" it says no bluetooth sets are detected and offers to scan for them however when it does scan it takes forever and has yet to detect it. What could be wrong? I've tried everything it seems, could someone with the same headset possibly tell me what's wrong, or just anyone with help. I need my headset for online create. I really hope it's not broken because it's probably too late to return it and even if It isn't I don't have the receipt...

I've managed to get it to work a couple times but when I've tried recently nothing happens. Have you tried re-pairing it with the PS3, i.e. plug a USB cable directly from the PS3 into the mic (won't work via the charger), and turning it on?

Thank you I think my problem is fixed, as in I see that the audio is now coming through. Mods = Gods
