Need my DLC!!

Archive: 16 posts

Alright so here's the deal, as some of you already know, I had to get my system's motherboard replaced, hence why i am Mercuy78 now, but I also lost all of my DLC and games which I had payed a lot for, and I was wondering if there was any way to get them back for free, even having basically a different console and a different PSN, someone help me out!2010-08-21 17:59:00

Well all I can say is did you get the email address wrong, or was it miss typed when you originally made the account. If you can't think of any way then you could phone up sony customer support, if yo tell them the account name and you can send them proof of identity you might be able to get you account details back.2010-08-21 18:15:00

Well it depends what they want, I have never had to do something like that but if they are helpful (they apparently usually aren't) but if you are lucky you will get someone helpful, they may ask for name or for you to answer the original security question ETC.

You should be able to get you account back. I have to wish you luck though.

Are you 100% sure you typed the email address correctly when you signed up? The PSN doesn't require you to validate the address so as long as it followed the standard email address format it would have worked.2010-08-21 18:48:00

I dont think you need the email, i think you enter your PSN and then the birthdate you put in, then it will say sent email to.... (the email)
If you did make a typo simply go make that email at whatever service provider then redo it so it sends it again and it actually reaches somewhere
