I'm looking for a hat that has 2 long ribbons coming off of it, and it's not the ninja scarf. Where can i find it?

I'm not sure, but I think its the Chinese New Year Girl hair and its only available during the week of Chinese New Years (a DLC and its free) or It's the Street Fighter, Chun-Li Hair (a DLC and you have to buy) Why not post a picture of the item?

Ninja hat is not expired or pay DLC. You get it in the story mode somewhere. I'm guessing in one of the ninja levels. EDIT: The Islands: Endurance dojo. Not sure if it's a complete/ace prize though. EDIT EDIT: TT _ TT Lies! Lies and slander! Sorry Yeah maybe pic would help.

Could you explain it in more detail? Is it possible its a decoration? I use the curtain for my TMNT costume ribbons.

i didn't think of it being a decoration because the person wearing it said they bought it i hope they weren't messing with me >_< i didn't think of it being a decoration though i guess it's possible it was a small round hat with two long ribbons coming off the back it was red but i'm not sure if it was painted with stickers or not
