Me being a, CSR there for a couple of months, i can assure you if your store has retail or rental copies already, you can get it TONIGHT if your store is one of the ones that doesnt close till 1am. just tell them what you are in there for. Why am i so sure? The blockbuster's POS is based on a 1980s IBM computer... In order to do price changes, the POS system must download the new prices every NIGHT and are not reflective immediately and if the game was delayed on friday then the change should have happened this morning.. but According to my former coworkers the system still says 10/21. This is from the Harrisburg/Hershey, PA district. I dont know if other districts have updated but I doubt it. the POS is so ancient that i doubt they fixed it. Also the stores send out Communication Alerts every morning to fix stuf... They didnt get any either.. So, Point is, GET TO YOUR BB TONIGHT IF THEY CLOSE AT 1!!!! Lemme know how it goes baybeh

This is tense... Can you americans tell me what happens? I want to know if I should preorder Farcry 2 as on Friday, I only have to go into school for 15 minutes so I chose the earliest time, thinking I can get LBP on the way back, but then I found out the date got moved back, so I want a game to play.... Farcry 2...

Just here to say that there will always be a woman around to rain on your parade. I wear the pants in the relationship, but she definitely tells me which pair to put on each morning.

well i called and she did say they had one to buy but wont sell it till tomorrow so i will see if i can grab it then.....wish me luck just called a second one and it to has one for sale on tuesday....i just hope they didnt send them back and didnt update the system

Meh. Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand. Why does it have to be a BB that closes at 1:00 AM? What if mine was open 'till 2:00 AM? Would it not have it? Or what about 12:00 AM?

Reminds me of when I went into a shop to buy an album, but it was behind the counter. When I asked for it the woman at the counter said "We don't have that album", so I pointed out the copies that were 2 ft behind her and she says "Those aren't for sale".... I came back just an hour-hour and a half later and it was a man there now, I asked once more and he hands it over straight away. o__o It seems to me that a lot of mainstream high street chains have all the gear but no idea, if you catch my drift.

Yes, thank you for this thread!!!!!!!!!!!! called a few of the blockbuster around me seemed they all had 1 for sale today so i went this morning when they opened asked the guy for LBP and he handed it over no problem just $60 and i am now on my way to play YAY!!!!!
