because dressing him up as a helghast, or an x-man (x-person?) is so far removed from dressing sack boy up as a human being. There's a reason he's humanoid. 1. It's cuter that way. 2. More relatable. 2nd is more important than the 1st. And what better way to relate to sack boy than have sack boy look like you?

I agree i've seen it and they rather act strict thinking there cool and have hissy fits. And they do kick you if they slap you and you slap them back... But him being human dosen't bother me...
