who here is going to get fallout 3 it looks really good althoug it is about 100 hours long which is a bad thing because oblivion was nearly 300 hours long they could put more stuff into it plus the DLC is not on ps3 but besides that it looks good. what do you guys think? and whos getting it?

Yeah looks amazing. Will be getting it pretty much as soon as it's out. And although 100 hours might be a little less than Oblivion, there is much more replay value because of the karma system and how it affects what missions you can take. And TBH I think they are under-exaggerating the 100 hours. I can see the game lasting much longer than that. Also the fact that the game actually ends definitely makes up for the loss in play time.

no im not saying 100 hours is bad im saying its very good its just that nearly 200 hours lees than oblivion and that theyv'e worked on around about the same time as is bad. plus where it has an actuall ending does that mean i cant do any other quest after finishing the main quest im a bit confused

I think I heard that when Oblivion came out they said it was about 100 hours too, so I wouldn't set it at a strict time of 100 hours.

oblivion was nearly 300 hours long no offence but it took me about 30 hours for the campaign and i have done most of the side quests and i have been playing 95 hours altogether ...... although i was trying to set a record i still don't see me getting 300 hours out of oblivion

PC version FTW!Yes! Mods are too good to pass up! If you have a decent computer, get the PC version! I loved the PC version of Oblivion solely for the fact that I could customize the game any way that I wanted. I didn't get the same freedoms on consoles that I did on the PC.
