I have noticed that alot of D-Day levels are not that good but I was thinking with the new water material and sackbots i could make it nice and realistic maybe if the 3D glitch isn't patched it could look even better with a super realistic damp wet trench when every step you take there is a splash of mud (coloured water material) maybe even better use a 3D glitch to have extra sackbots in the background what do you guys think?

Idk, but isn't D-day the day the ww2 ended? Isn't it more fun and exciting, if the level will take place in the middle?

No D-Day is the day that the allies made a huge assault on normandy beach V-Day is victory in europe I could make a series based on band of brothers however I have the boxset anyway.

No if you look in some community game jam footage there is a water texture material look it up.

I have made a small D-day level called S-day i have stopped working on it though as it was one of my first levels. I like your idea and would like to see it done.
