Can someone tell me if this is a legit link?

You are only automatically in if you have been in the more recent feature betas. i.e. Online create, or any others since then. The original beta, before the game was launched does not count. Also FYI, the beta forums may be on the eu site, but that don't mean they are for the eu only, as those are the only beta forums for beta testers

Link to the beta forums, only beta testers can sign in. Signing in on the link will not get you into the LBP2 beta or increase your chances in any way.
