if you were in the water beta you can get access to that forum still, although as the new beta hasn't started yet, there isn't much point. As they haven't sent out invitations to the new people then I'm guessing they haven't sorted privileges to the forums yet. So there isn't much point in trying it until you get word that you have been selected, at which point you will be linked to the forums anyway... So yes, the link is legit but this thread isn't of any use to anyone.... please stand by for further news from MM.
