Last night I played this level (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=32959-Invasion-of-the-Sack-Men-From-Space!) (it's a cool B-movie alien invasion platformer) before going to bed and here's what I dreamt. Sometimes it doesn't make any sense, but that's the way dreams go. Apologies for any incorrect spelling/typos, I wanted to get it down before I forgot the details. Location: In a city of some sort. I look around and there are saucers flying about in the sky shooting buildings and people. I am suddenly in a fighter plane, so I'm like "arh, take this! pewpewpew!" My plane gets blown up and I float down to the ground without a parachute. I don't know how so don't ask. So I run around the streets to see whats going on. For the next scene, the camera (yeah I know weird right, it felt like I was passively watching this bit) is moving about like something from Cloverfield or that shopping cart scene from Wall-E (which I had watched the night before). I see and alien on his own at the end of a street. He looks like the generic grey/martian, but black coloured and he is skinny and about 9-10 foot high, head and shoulders above humans. He spawns these black hands that move like spiders (think Thing from the Addams Family), some go up to the aliens head and form a helmet, the rest attack humans like the facehuggers from the Alien movies. A lot of running from this point on. I run around trying to find a hiding spot,but there are none in my dream because the city is rather featureless, so I just keep running away from the moving black alien hands. At this stage I'm in a supermarket type deal (shopping trolleys everywhere) and I hear the alien say something like: "Search the supermarkets, that's where they'll be hiding" in english but with a distorted monstery accent. So I'm like "Ffffuuu....!" and run out of there like a it's house on fire. Now I'm running down the streets, (occassionally looking back to see someone get facehugged by a black alien hand) I turn the steet corners but usually find a crowd of people running towards me, so I take the street inbtween. This trend continues for a while, until I find a car. Why I didn't attempt to drive the car I have no idea, but I hide in the back seat. My brother suddenly appears with me and it is now dark. My brother is a lot younger in this dream for some reason, about 8 or 9 years old (I think he's about 18/19 in real life, I can't remember ). and he is hiding behind the front seat. Anyway, since it's dark, obviously my brother is playing with a bright torch (I know right? *rolleyes*), and I'm like "Turn it off.." in a mad whisper. I didn't swear at him because he is only a kid in this dream. So he rotates the handle of the torch and it gets dimmer, dimmer, then off. The panic outside has died down now, but sometimes I hear a person screaming occassionally. We eventually fall asleep then awake the next day. I wake up and see people walking like normal down the street. I don't open the car door because they could be alien slaves/zombies/pod people. But as more and more people walk past, the more normal it looks. So I open the door and ask: "Dude, what the f... happened with the aliens?!" (in the shouting tone you yell at the TV, while watching an alien takeover movie, because the stupid protagonists don't ask any **** questions, and they just look around with their mouth open...anyway...) After asking: "Dude, what the f... happened with the aliens?!" Some guy says: "Well, some people stood in central park (or at least this city's equivalent) and made signs." It cuts away to this scene and I see a bunch of people with signs. I only remember one of the signs, it was kind of like this (http://www.comicbookmovie.com/images/users/uploads/18830/Avengers_vs_JLA.jpg), I had seen something similar on DA the night before, lol. Back in the dream I remember getting out of the car and thinking... "Man, what a bull.... ending!" Just like a real movie! O_O There was also this part about a hot working girl (I had watched this stupid Tiger Woods "expos?" before playing the LBP level), but that might have been a different dream, lol. My dreams blur into one another sometimes.

What's up with all those "dream" threads recently? Mine was inspired by a LBP level. A connection there perhaps. LOL strange dream XD a lot of people have been having strange dreams lately lol Ha yup. Maybe the threads just encourage people to post theirs too.

O.o cool dream! I will be sure to check out the SalaciousCrumbcake's level as well, I want to see how this might have formed. Anyway, dreams are win.

Sure that you havn't been watching too much independance day? Did it read like that? Cause it felt like something between cloverfield and...something with a lot of running. By the way, Signs is one of my favorite movies. That moment when you first see the alien walk past and glance at the camera in the birthday footage. SO awesomely creepy.

Cool dream! I wish I could watch it as like a movie or something . I find that the more LBP I play, the weirder and more vivid my dreams are.
