Title says it all; I've seen levels that has invisible score bubbles. Are they really small? How do you make these?

I dunno if you're thinking about creature brains being destroyed offscreen? These give out 50 points at a time. As for invisible bubbles, you can attach a bubble to a large piece of wood, shrink down the wood until the bubble is invisible then delete the wood. Then, box-select the invisible bubble to move it around. (I think - this works with other objects but haven't tried it on bubbles yet).

I was able to make a bubble so small one time (invisible no - the blue or green (depending your player color) give them away) that you couldn't collect them.

I've never heard about or ever encountered invisible score bubbles in any levels. What you probably want is what Holquin said.
