I'm just checking the Moon in LBP and we have 2930039 levels published, and the uploading don't end, just 620 levels published in less than 2 hours since my last check, so I think that we will reach the 3 Millions quota by the end of the first week of September. So what I mean is that I expect a big FREE surprise for the Community! Start to think about it MM guys!

Sack Yeah! Forcing those of us addicted to this game to buy your overpriced costume packs - re-releasing previous years holiday costumes because you can't be bothered creating anything new. Long term playsres, like myself, who bought the game at launch... and have continued to support the game by purchasing your overpriced content.... NEED some kind of affirmation of MM's affection. They'd better be cooking up somekind of '3 million levels published give-away' - and not just an RSS from Spaff with some post-it-note doodles on it :hrmf:

When you think about it, how many of these near 3million levels are actually good? Maybe they should gift us if when we reach 10million levels, you know, when we might have at least 3million 'Good' ones? (Maybe more, maybe less then 3mil?) But still, I guess to have 1mil + decent to good 'Mind-blowing'ly good levels published is pretty good anyway you'd look at it, the extra 2mil are just useless filler. But still, it would me nice to have a reward. Even though they are hard at work perfecting LBP2.

But tell me, if you've been playing since launch, how many hours of enjoyment have you got from this game, and how much money have you paid in....? Yeah, we've totally been ripped off here rtm is right, Mm don't ow us anything, we buy the content because we want to not because we need to. How have Mm repaid us for buying that content.... well they gave us the ability to have the content in the first place. Mm never had to and still don't have to give us anything free, we have all got our moneys worth out of this game so I don't care if they give us anything or not. Yes it would be nice for them to give us something special since it is highly likely we wont get to 4million by the time LBP2 comes out. But I am not thinking about us all I have to say is congratulations to Mm, 1million levels was amazing to get to on such a niche title. 2million Even better. But 3million, Just Wow. Shamwow

LOL, while some points are right, like the one that no one force people to buy contents and that not all the 3 millions levels are good, still already 2 Millions were worth MM a page in the Guinness World Record, and I think that even if every player contributed to the success of the game. So, they do NOT have to give us something, they gave a lot for free, but I think it would be NICE to remember this milestone with a gift. That's all folks!

Guys let's all publish a level with an opening checkpoint and a scoreboard and we can reach 4 million levels and get 2 giant yaughts! Yeah, it's good to see the community is still going strong for LBP, even if most of the levels aren't the best of the best (to be fair, most of them are just inexperienced, as opposed to bad for the sake of H4H).

I think we're in a chicken & egg situation here (The answer is the egg came first - but it wasn't a chicken that laid it) But 3 million levels is still a milestone, and it'd be nice if they commemorated it in some way. But what would the design tools be without the community to use them? I don't think that will ever be the case for a few more years to come. Also if you were to quit, another few hundred people would join, so yeah, the community will never die, until LBP 7 on the PS5 is released in the year 2021.

we all deserve ponies since we worked so hard to get to 3M of course of those 3M only 2 are mine and dare i say 90% of them contain the words Jump, Free, Shark, and Colour and only take anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 mins to make, not to mention over 10,000 are spat out over night but they should still feel obligated to reward me for not stopping them right? I think Mm is doing well over enough and we have been rewarded enough already

I think the game has saved us money since we like spending our time playing it and not going out and blowing money.

I throw that sort of money away on a daily basis on bits and pieces on a whim.... buying a bit of DLC every couple of weeks or so makes no odds to me. At the weekends I regularly throw more money away on having a good time than I've spent on all the LBP DLC I've bought over the last 18 months. So yeah, I don't see it as significant If I did, I'd make do without it.
