I'm leaving in an hour to Hollywood Video(movie/game rental place), and I hope to return with a game that will keep be busy until LittleBigPlanet. Are there any games(out now, mind you) that you guys suggest?

SR2, (Is Bioshock out yet?) or Dead Space. Dead space has had some great reviews, but I guess it's dependant on what kind of games you like. If you like dismembering space zombies, go for DS, while if you like customising Gangs to look like Ninjas, go with SR2 xD

Well, the Star Wars game has a short lifespan, aswell as Mercenaries 2.. Have you got Call of Duty 4? If you do then stay at home and play online with us cheery old fellas from LBPC!

Mercs 2 will last you way too long... @_@ There's something about that game... it just goes on and on and on and on from 'splosion to 'splosion to 'splosion to 'splosion. But hey! I'm not complaining!! xD Saints Row 2 also sounds like a good idea.

I might go with SR2 because I'm not a big survival horror fan. Even though the game won't be amazing, it will still be fun enough to hold me over for a while. If only I could rent it for an extended period of time instead of 6 days or so.

My cousins over, playing SR2 right now, beat the game in like 3 days. But it's awesome online in my opinion, good ranking system. The storyline is pretty epic. Graphics are a little big better then the first one, cars are amazing. The overall feel is pretty good

SR2 is average, to be honest. It's fun, but not for a long period of time. It shines as a timewaster, but nothing more, really.
