as far as I understand this it's a joke. There's a new user with the name GLaDoS, which is the computer from comph's favorite game (besides LBP) Portal. Since comph made the Aperture Science levels he's sort of synonymous with all things Portal. So, since we've got a user named GLaDoS he's joking that comph has her (the computer) keeping an eye on us on LBPC.

I 'think' this is about compie editing a lot of Rocks posts to cause him to run into various solid objects/hazards. Not certain though. For evidence see Rocks first post in this thread.
