That's one of those Mm exclusive stickers, as in, only Media Molecule has them. However, it is possible to take these Mm exclusive stickers off using the Sticker & Decoration Edit Tool and placing it on your sackperson, then if you save the costume you can just wear that costume whenever you need the sticker and take the sticker off your sackperson.
