Hi everyone, I would like to know how to make a laser beam as the killing machines in the levels of the Metal Gera Solid Pack. I tried with a reduced spot light but the rendering is not quite the same. Thanks !

Usually what I do is use two spots on top of each other. One a bit larger than the other small one. Both set to shadows and pick some cool colors to taste. Like blue or purple for the rear spot and a lighter color for the smaller one in the front. How you kill with them is entirely up to you. Piece of tapered electrified glass or shooting plasma, gas.. up to you really.

There are levels online which give away lasers extracted from the MGS Super Sentry Turret, with a mag switch attached. Search for them online. These lasers are tweakable like normal lights. Alternatively, find the laser light in a prize bubble in the DLC level.
