Why are they called apartments when they are so close together? Why are they called driveways when we park on them? Would a fly without wings be called a walk? So many questions!

Well Uk calls them flats I imagine because they tend to have a flat roof. No idea about apartments Some people have very long driveways leading up to their house so they do drive on them Who knows

Flies don't have wings, so that's irrelevant. When lightning strikes the ocean it is conducted outwards - as this happens the strength of the voltage decreases rapidly. Any fish close to the point of impact are likely to be incinerated, but fish further away are likely to just feel a gentle tingling sensation.

I think the more important question is... what happens if an electric eel is struck by lightning? Not sure what happens to the eel, but if a man gets struck by lightning while holding an electric eel in each hand... That's the type of thing that gives folks super-powers, no? I wouldn't test that theory though.

Salicious-your name is to long.Anyways,l tried your eel theory.Why? my mom didn't pay the electric bill.So l was hoping to get the power back on with electric powers,but something interesting happened.Apparently l turned into carbon man dude and my dad's making a BBQ using my toes,A weird company is making #3 pencils with my fingers and my friends call me toast.My tip of the day is not to try the theory.So stop wondering.l can't belive it's not butter
