Sorry if some of these materials are confirmed, or don't belong in the "Animated Materials" category, I just wanna see what you guys think! Animated Sand Material: When Sackboy walks on it, it leaves little footprints, and maybe even kicks up some sand-dust into the air. Animated Grass Material: When Sackboy walks through this tall-grass material, the grass sways with the wind. When placed, it's just a green block, but with the grass on the TOP of the block. Animated Mirror Material: Self-explanatory, reflects everything in the way of this material. Animated Water Puddle Material: Must be on top of a material. When walked on, little water ripples appear under Sackboy's feet. Suggestions from Members: Animated Electric Beams: Looks like the Electricity Hazard, but does not affect you. (Sackboy98) Quicksand Material (Interactive): Slowly pulls you in, Tap X to get out of it before you die. (Playstatiowned) Crumbling Rock Material: Bits of small rock and/or dust fall off, the amount is tweakable. (AA_Battery) Pond Material: Like placeable water/My puddle material, but has animated fish. Tweakable to hide fish/Have fish follow Sackboy. (Vince70) Electric Computer Material: Blinks, has cogs, basic electric-technology stuff/animations. (>er) That's all I have for now, you guys should suggest your interesting or creative materials in the comments section below! (RayWilliamJohnson FTW)

Ermm....wat. Also, grass would be a cool material... the foot related ones are useless, as in platformers, you don't really see the tops of materials. And I don't think that mirror counts as animated.

computer thingamajjigs, pretty much like the one in lbp2 only it blinks and mini pistons moves around inside it. cogs to...?

Instead of my puddle material, they can just have Pond Material with option for Fish/No Fish. A lava material that moves and is already hazardous so when you touch it you get burned. A random one i just thought of: ant farm material: basically its just dirt but it has animated ants walking around like in an ant farm
