WOW thanx for all the ideas, hmmmm... ill mix them all together, you were exploring an abandoned mine when you see some strange beings mining, SUDENLY the world starts to shake!... then you black out... when you wake up, the beings a gone, so you start your adventure to find what the beings where mining for... and what caused the earthquake. wow.... i didn't know i think up such a thing anyway im going rep all you guys

^^^ LOL I say whatever you do, make sure that you're in some sort of place underground. By that I mean don't make it an unexplored caved (like I did) cause then you will have tons of trouble trying to come up with gameplay. So a mine, subway, underground facility, you name it! Just something!

ok my idea for u (if its more than a 1 part story): you find a rare gem/crystsl/raw metal worth a heap of money. You sell it and the next story you have heaps of underground exploring equipment to search for the cause of the quake and the strange beings.
