I've known about this for nearly a year, so this is very old news. It also unlocks all materials, decorations, etc. However, it doesn't earn you any trophies related to the unlocks, it's solely for creating purposes.

Does it really unlock all materials and decorations??? I doubt it does, but IF it does, does it also unlock those not given out in prize bubbles?

Does it really unlock all materials and decorations??? I was also somewhat dubious about this, so I tested it the other day. It only unlocks those items which you would receive for doing the tutorials normally. Also, you will not receive the "Expert Creator" trophy if you use the cheat, but you may still be able to get it if you then redo all the tutorials after having used the cheat. I was also unable to use the cheat before having completed the first three levels in The Gardens.
