The Ultimate spoof/tribute level series!

Archive: 12 posts

After I've finished working on my now non-existent competition level, I think I'm going to make a little series of spoofs of films tv shows and other stuff, but also making them into tributes to the peolpe that have inspired me and are truly great...
What do you think? I have a lot of ideas at the moment and figuring out which one to work on is impossible...

Sounds like a good idea. Not a lot of people can pull this off and the levels turn out to be horrible. I'm pretty sure you can do it Forgotten.2010-08-09 07:08:00

I find that the best spoofs are based on more serious subjects. Spoofs based on funny topics don't always work that well because the original is already supposed to be funny.

Picking out what you want to cover is probably the hardest overall aspect, but we can figure that out. What are some of your interests and/or favorite types of films?

Why not a spoof of Lost? That's pretty serious. Or you could do a game show spoof with plenty of puns.2010-08-09 20:13:00
