I would like to know how to make an elevator, so that the player can choose what floor to get to. A minimum of four floors. I would also want there to be two grab switches one for floor selection and the other for confirming the floor. I would really appreciate it if anybody could help me

Check the Logic pack tab at the top of the page it contains a tutorial on exactly what you are looking for and there is a companion level on LBP just type @logicpack in the search function tab in LBP the Tutorial and logic pack go hand in hand and the directions are very clear this is a great place to start learning.. have fun and if ya need more help add me as a friend and i will help you as much as I can...MY PSN is darkknight2010...LATER

I haven't tried this but I don't see why it wouldn't work. To move your elevator place 3(or more) large blocks directly above each other, attach them to each other with pistons and have the bottom 1 attached to the elevator(with a piston). Now I'll explain how to activate them . Make your grab switch a 1 shot and make it emit a mag key next to a mag switch for about 1 second. Hook the mag switch up to a piston for moving a mag key and have below the mag key, 3(or more) mag switches that have a radius of 180 degrees and point downwards like this V V V Edit the pistons settings so being activated for 1 second(or whatever time you want) will activate 1 mag key switch . Now set the mag switches to directional and activate the pistons for moving the elevator with them. If you want a second grab switch "for confirming the floor" You will need to use an AND switch.
