So, anyone else into comics etc? Was reading the Invincible collected volume 3 last night. Now I want volume 4 and it hasn't been released over here yet. Grrr!

Which are your favorites? Mine are, in no particular order:

Invincible
Spider-man (Ultimate and original)
The Flash (Wally West)
Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner)
Beast Boy

Anyway, my favorite superheroes have to be:

Spiderman (Like you said, Ultimate and original)
Batman (C'mon, the guy has no super powers, and he kicks butt)
The Hulk

I love batman the idea. Sadly, he seems to be written more and more irritating nowadays, he just seems like an unlikable jerk in most of the comics I've read recently and it makes you wonder why Robin, Nightwing, Alfred, Oracle et al would still work actively with him. Still, some of the well written exceptions are some of the best works I've read.

I also loved the movies, despite the "smokes 20 a day" voice Bale decided to put on in the Dark Knight.
